Sadly I don't think there's anything you can really do except retake it. Either way you can submit an addendum stating you weren't feeling well or something during the test. You definitely shouldn't mention anything about the distracting girl in the addendum as they will most likely just look at it as an excuse for not preparing enough.

Damn, that's terrible. Sorry you had to sit next to a psycho. Here all this time I was only worried about getting diarrhea during the test and now I have to worry about these unforeseen events.

It sucks, but any addendum really isn't going to do you much good. There's not much you can say that wouldn't result in a response of, "So why didn't you just cancel it?" If you took a third time and scored 170+ again, however, you'd probably want to include something about the second time to explain why it's much lower than your other two scores.

That's super creepy. I'd had flipped my shit at her after the test, especially with how amped I was during test day. If someone even looked at me like they wanted to talk to me I probably would had stabbed them with one of my 20 knife sharp pencils. Only needed 1 for the test, the other 19 were strictly for stabbing.
