Manhattan RC

Worth getting, or should I just try and survive using Voyager's guide? Got the RCB, but it was not as helpful as the other bibles.

RC guides suck generally. This sucks the least

The best on the market. Not going to make you go -0 guaranteed, but helpful if you're struggling.
