Predictions for June 2013 Lsat Conversion

With the last 3 June lsat curves trending more narrowly (i.e. -12, -11, -10 for a 170), is it fair to assume that '13 will stick around -10? I read somewhere they calculate the conversion using the last 3 years of that specific month's exam.
In general, curves seem to be moving tighter across all tests...odd considering that the greatest drop-off in terms of LSAT takers has been in the 170+ range. would seem to necesitate a more generous curve, not the opposite.
