How can you tell if a test is easry or hard by the scale?
I am trying to figure out whether pt24 was easy or hard or average.

it's one test, it doesn't matter. it's way too old to be relevant beyond just practice taking the LSAT in general - either way it's not gonna be indicative of the actual LSAT you're gonna takeitachiuchiha wrote:I am trying to figure out whether pt24 was easy or hard or average.

A "hard" test will compensate with a more generous curve. An "easy" test will have a stricter curve. The end result is all tests are generally at the same level of difficulty.

With the exception of PT 59, I've really never noticed any variation in difficulty. The difference between your standard -8 and -10 curves is going to be virtually negligible as you go through the test.

You find 59 harder than usual?RhymesLikeDimes wrote:With the exception of PT 59, I've really never noticed any variation in difficulty. The difference between your standard -8 and -10 curves is going to be virtually negligible as you go through the test.
