If I'm understanding it correctly, it's when you go through a section or a whole preptest. You circle all of the questions you are not 100% certain it is correct. After you go through your completed section, don't check for the right answers. You then go back and review all of the questions you were not 100% certain of. You now have no time constraint and take your time to read and analyze. You can write out explanations as to why each answer choice is wrong and why one of the answer choices is correct. You can then change your answer if you think you originally were wrong, but you mark it like next to the one you chose before.
Not sure if you go through all the of the questions first and then check to see how you did your first run through vs the blind review or if you check right after you redo the uncertain question during the blind review.
If you got a question right originally, then great. Keep that method of thinking for questions like that. If you got it wrong, you have to try to really eliminate that way of thinking so it doesn't trip you up again later. If the blind review answer you chose was wrong, yet again eliminate that way of thinking. If the blind review answer you chose was right, then thats good and make sure to remember how you got there.
google 7sage. I believe his blog has a much better explanation than what I posted. I'm not sure why I didn't just say that in the first place lol...

Bajam gave a great summary of the method. You can use the blind review method with the free PrepTest scorer on the 7Sage website, and it will tell you what it means for each possible condition (i.e. you got the original right but blind review wrong; you skipped the original but blind review right; you got the original and blind review both right; etc).
It takes time, but is really the most effective way to study (even outside the LSAT world). It reinforces everything you do right, and corrects everything you do wrong.

I agree with this, for what it's worth.
