I took the exam in October 2011, December 2012, and plan to take it this June. Am I eligible to take the 2013 October LSAT? If not, I can take the 2013 December LSAT right?

I think there is a three take limit per two years, so if it has been two years by that point then I think you are ok.

You would be best to focus on doing well and not having to retake beyond that third time though.

Many (albeit not all) law schools factor in an average of all scores taken, so be prepared for that on some applications.

I've always heard that outside of HYS most law schools don't average. Even the ones that say they do.

Thank you for all your responses. Yes, I am definitely hoping that June will be my last retake. If I can control my test day jitters, I think I should be okay. In the meantime, back to the grind.

THE GAMES ARE FINALLY CLICKING FOR ME. I missed 9 on my first (and only scored) LSAT. I love Manhattan.
