You might be a palomino blackwing kind of person.
Tombow Mono HB is as nice as I have seen on this regard.

True, but the standalone erasers Pilot Foam eraser is far nicer than any eraser found attached to a pencil.

Erasers on a pencil are pretty important for the LSAT. What if you knock your eraser off the table or instinctively turn your pencil over? You don't want to waste any time.

So I've been a loyal DX-Ticon Black user since I began PTing. The erasers on these bad boys are so good that I not longer need my standalone.

BUT, I LOVE, LOVE the look of those Blackwings. And the name alone is pretty damn cool. The price point is kinda tough to swallow. Though the Amazon description mentioned John Steinbeck and I almost hit the buy button.

Anyone ever switch to the Blackwings? How are the erasers?

A bit of an off the board pick; but I picked up a 10-pack of staedtler wopex. It has a nice feel/pick up, writes smoothly in addition to having a pretty nice eraser.

It looks nice. But again, one of those that don't have a built-in eraser.

This is in no way an admission of being wrong regarding Mirado Black Warriors, but I did just order Dixon Triconderoga Blacks from Amazon. Arriving Tuesday.

I'm going to PT with mine on Saturday, to make the final decision for game day. Luckily, I have a stash of both, because hoarder.

Not having both an eraser on your pencil and a regular eraser is TTT.

This is a thread that has both levity and seriousness. Reminds me of a paradox question. And it was all started by the warped mind (compliment) of Dr. Dre.

It's a hall of fame thread.

I haven't taken a single PT this prep run with a non-mechanical pencil.

The contrapositive of which would be.

I have been using a mechanical pencil for all of my PT this prep run.

Happy Friday homies. :D

Any ideas on how I can display an image in the text box? For some reason the [img] isn't working for me. Do I need to reach a post threshold?

My stepdad was an engineer and these were what he always used whenever he was on his drafting table. If it's good enough for engineers, then it's good enough for the LSAT. :-)

Mars Plastic is a nice general eraser, but a tough rough on thin paper.

Pilot Foam eraser is better on thin paper, but it wears faster, although this is not an issue for the LSAT (been using mine daily for several months).

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
