Proctor asked me out after LSAT. Should I report to LSAC?

Post by Pinky Dinky » Sat Feb 09, 2013 6:00 pm

I am not sure if anything can be gained by reporting to LSAC but I hope this does not reflect negatively on me.

Does either one of us have a duty or an obligation to report to LSAC?

To coffee or to discuss a possible violation? If to coffee, I'd be flattered 8) and a bit creeped out

Gave name + number.... AFTER picking up my LSAT score sheet and writing sample... outside the classroom... right after the test.

He gave you his/her name and number or you gave them to him/her?

grow up. its not like he committed a crime or disturbed your test taking. you simply don't call him back. proportionality is something everyone should learn.

This. I expected something more along the lines of "he threatened to say I cheated if I didn't have a drink with him" or something.

This right here is why many employers shy away from female hires to begin with.

Yeah, get this asshole fired for finding you attractive, but otherwise properly administering the test. He totally fucked up your third section by giving you his number after the test.

I don't know the OP nor do I know how creepy the situation really was. If the OP felt uncomfortable enough, report, and then move on with life.

I will white knight this one. OP never mentioned it made her/him feel uncomfortable and was just neurotically checking this isn't something that one is obligated to report to LSAC.

OP is a perfect example of what is wrong with American women: Unapproachable, snobby and usually delusional in terms of how attractive they really are (especially if they do not have a three layer cake of makeup on). Right now, I am dating a foreign born Flipana. I spit game at her in a parking lot at a local college. She is like a fresh breath of air. The only problem with her is she has a kid, but she still has a banging body (I have seen it without clothes already). :). My goal is to marry an educated, foreign born Asian girl.

This is why so many men are afraid to ask women out. I cannot think of why this guy would have thought that this was inappropriate in any way shape or form. Imagine his shock when he gets called by LSAC to discuss his "behavior" while proctoring.
