this makes me happy I took this one :) I mean harsher curve sucks, but easier test is nice!

For any of the ladies ITT, is anyone else sick of getting Elle Woods references any time you mention law school?? I have literally gotten this 90% of the time I mention the lsat/law school...trying to decide if it is because I am actually blonde...or because when people think female lawyer all that comes to their minds is Reese Witherspoon.

I thought Oct and Feb were very similar difficulty-wise. Here's how I would compare them

LR: Oct-unusually easy Feb-above-average, though not killer or anything

RC: Oct-average to a bit above-average Feb-average

LG: Oct-challenging, though def not super difficult Feb-unusually easy

Does it make you nervous that October was -10?

also were you a feb makeup or feb 9 taker?

Do you get that from both guys and girls or just one? As a dude, I have never once thought of legally blonde when a girl told me she was interested in law school, but I can imagine other girls saying it. Sick movie

I'm a guy and any time I would mention studying for the LSAT to a girl she would mention "like Elle Woods!?"

it's so funny because we all have different opinions: for me, i felt like october was the hardest, december second hardest, and february easiest...i felt december and february to be more comparable.
i think they range from hardest to easiest for me because of my level of preparedness though....i jumped about 8 points from oct to dec...and did not pick up a book in between--i realized in october that my test anxiety was just way too high, and minimizing this by not thinking about the LSAT for 2 months really worked out in my favor. I took 1 PT between my december and february writes.
anyways, i am going with -10 for feb because i can't foresee it being -9...really can't...

June was a -10 curve. It was a tougher then Feb

Also, Reese Witherspoon is smokin hot so I don't mind the references at all.

My guess was -9, seemed easier than October. Too bad we'll never know. =\

Asking on behalf of a friend - what's the expected release date? Is it still next week given the issues LSAC has been having?

That's the hope / what LSAC claims.

June def did seem harder. Hard to believe that was -10. Feb did have 101 questions though, so that helps our chances very modestly.

I'm a guy and most of my friends bring up Elle Woods around me. Probably because I'm blonde and gay. I don't mind though, I'd love to go to Harvard.

I've gotten it from both, love the movie and definitely take any comparison to Reese Witherspoon as a compliment :) however after the 20th time started to get old haha

For those who took the February make-up: Other than not receiving our responses, will there be any other different in score reporting? We'll still be able to access the conversion table, right?

So we won't know how much answers we got right/wrong? What's the purpose behind that?

Nope. As for the reason, join the club wondering what it could possibly be. There's no good justification for it.

Hahaha. I guess it's better not to stress about it we can't do anything about it. So all we'll get is our score and percentile rank? Or does the rank go out the window too?

The LSAC holds February test information hostage because they use these tests for make-up tests like they one they just did for bad weather. It costs them a lot of money/time to make tests so they don't want to "waste" a test on such a small group so they reuse past February tests.

But that doesn't explain why they wouldn't release the curve.

Totally understandable to not release the questions and answers, but the curve, too?
