Doesn't February traditionally have a slightly harsher curve?

Although if there hasn't been less than -10 since Oct 2008 then that's heartening. Still, the unreleased February curves aren't included in that statistic...

If they haven't been released, what makes you think they're "harsher?"

Well, June is harshest and Feb is second harshest (based on pre-2000s data), according to this (keep scrolling down to get to the part about February): http://lsatblog.blogspot.com/2010/04/ea ... -june.html

Is there any consensus now on which the experimental section was? On LR(26) LR (25) LR(26)

I cannot remember any questions from my first LR as it absolutely destroyed my morale/confidence after I was done with it.

I remember that my last LR(26), section began with a few dialogues and had a disagree question as one of the first ones.

For my first LR section, I believe I had a question on soil and carbon dioxide? I think this one's experimental.

And I think in my LR(25), I had the question with the two professors and scholarly articles.

Anyone wanna correct me? Do you remember the two professors/scholarly articles in a (26) section instead?

I looked it over, and it sounds to me like there's far too little data to say anything about recent trends in the February test. The article says "We have no way of knowing whether Feb exams have continued to be relatively difficult, of course, since they're no longer released."

Ultimately I think we're in the dark here. We don't have enough Feb-specific information. Personally I'm inclined to believe that this test will conform to the overall trend of the past 3-4 years, in which case we can expect either -10 or -11.

It sounds like you had the same test order that I did. Was the Soil question you had related to how well a specific fertilizer did in controlled carbon dioxide environment? I think we have determined that one to be experimental. If so, how sure are you that it was in Section 1? That would be a huge relief for me

Just checking in...
I had LR, RC, LR/LR, LG
Seems like a lot of people on here had the same. My first LR was pretty long, but I didn't think any of the three LR sections was particularly much harder than the others, the first was just longer.

RC seemed pretty reasonable, but I had a weird cluster where I had the same two answer choices a bunch of times in a row...creeps me out, but I went back and checked them all so who knows. (Am I allowed to say this?? I don't know how strict LSAC is supposed to be about talking about this stuff)

LG was not bad at all, I was expecting so much worse and was worried I wouldn't finish on time but ended up having plenty of time to check answers at the end.

So feeling cautiously optimistic...buttttt nothings final till the scores come out. Heres to waiting anxiously for a month!

Let's hope for -11 then. :)

I had that one, no clue which of my 3 LRs it was in, they have all blurred together for me at this point. Didn't think it was too terribly hard. I think I remember maybe being between 2 answers but finally just picking one that I thought was the best.
