Best food to eat/or thing to drink for studying after work

Postby Theopliske8711 » Wed Jan 30, 2013 4:24 pm

I made the mistake of getting Chipotle once after work because I was starving and didn't want to do a Preptest on a hungry stomach. Long story short, it might have been a better idea to prep on empty than on Chipotle. What do you guys recommend for nutrition?

Fruits, lean proteins (fish, chicken), lentils.
Common-sense-eating-clean sort of options.

Spot on. Also add some complex carbs throughout the day ie oatmeal in the morning, brown bread/brown pasta etc etc.

Avoid anything that makes you gassy. Nothing worse than sitting on the quiet floor of the library while your intestines go HAM.

I wake up at 6am every morning before a PT and eat two Hungry-Man™ TV dinners.
