Get the oatmeal in there...preferably with granola, honey, craisins, nuts, etc.

Eggs. Gotta do the eggs. An omelette is great. Scrambled eggs with bacon even better.

Lay off the coffee, unless absolutely required.

Most importantly, take sweet snacks/fruit with you. I personally love Starbusts/gummi worms/banana/green apple to keep me alert.

Best of luck!

Follow whatever normal routine you usually do. If you usually drink coffee/tea, do that.

I disagree. Coffee is like a laxative in the morning, because the caffeine gets your bowels working after going dormant during sleep. Wake up early and have a cup of coffee so you can poop before the test. But, I'd be careful about having a large breakfast; definitely wise to avoid "fast" food.

Doesn't this depend on your poop cycle? Not all of us are morning poopers.

But I personally do poop in the morning after every morning meal, especially if I eat fruit. Coffee not required.

That's fair. For me personally, I can't poop until after I've had my first cup of joe, but it can get pretty darn uncomfortable.

This x100. Ideally, you've already done a mock test day where you wake up early and take the test at the exact same time as test day. Do what you know already works. I think if you start treating it as a special day and doing things out of the ordinary, you just throw yourself off. Hell, if you usually get 6 hours of sleep only, don't eat breakfast, and drink energy drinks before your PTs and it's working with you, do that on test day.

I've been eating this one for the past few weeks before tests:

2 eggs
2 strips thick cut bacon
2 2" long 1" diameter links of sausage
5 smallish mushrooms
1/4 onion
1/2 red pepper
6 grape tomatoes

all of the above cooked in a skillet with a fine coating of garlic and onion powder

1 piece of toast (which the eggs sit on), and
2 biscuits with apple jelly inside.

Yum.
