should I?

Also, I don't exercise much. But would it be wise anyways to maybe jog or bike (moderately/intensely) the day before, or maybe even the morning of, the test?

I wouldn't jog like that, because you could be burnt out/sore afterwards. A nice walk would be relaxing and get your blood flowing, though. Also, I would advise you to do nothing LSAT related this Friday. It's all a personal thing, obviously, but in June I did a timed section or so the day before and I think it simply fed into me being burnt out with the LSAT. In October I went to dinner and a movie with my family and scored 9pts higher on that exam. Take a break

Don't do anything out of the ordinary. Just chill. You'll probably hurt yourself if you've never really jogged and suddenly decide to do an intense workout. Not what ya wanna do the day before the LSAT.

But I used to a lot, everyday last semester. But I haven't exercised much this semester, if at all. I don't know if that affects opinion your or not.

Should've phrased that better, but same concept applies if you're out of practice.

I agree completely. Not only is there the potential of being unusually sore on text day, there is also the increased likelihood of getting sick. If you are anything like me, you are under some stress because of this test, and working out will most likely increase the amount of stress on your body. It is flu season, after all. Don't take that risk.
