Necessary/sufficent Conditions

I know this has been beat to death, I think I finally get it, need a little help,
Can someone please tell me the SC and NC in the statement below:

IF it rains, I will get wet

THEN I will get wet - necessary.

what about:
If I am wet then it is raining.
