What's a weak AC?

I have read in several post to select weak AC. What constitutes a weak answer?

typically just means you need a new filter.. or maybe there is something up with the wiring.. air flow should be stronger if you fix those

A weak answer choice is one that isn't all that strong in what it's saying.

Strong: Eating broccoli will reduce your risk of cancer.

Weak: Eating broccoli can be a contributing factor in lowering the risk of cancer.
