I'm lost here and I don't quite understand what the answer choice B means. I'm not getting its meaning.

I picked D as an answer and then E. I still don't understand why the answer is B or what it means.

And I don't think that B is central to the discussion of the two. I think the main flaw has to be with the fact that the student did not consider the staking their professional reputations part. Why is that not the main concern to be addressed in the answer choice as the reasoning flaw that the student is making?
