I feel resigned to my fate.

I don't feel confident at all.

It is commonly found to give the user extremely vivid dreams.

In my experience, even if it wasn't a "nightmare" it is so vivid that it feels like you are awake so what is the point of that? Tricks.

Vivid dreams are cool, but I would rather not have my sleep interfere with my rem :/

Just try your best to fall asleep naturally.

Ugh. What are you guys going to do to go to sleep at a reasonable time? I mean, usually I can get to sleep relatively easily, but the excitement/anxiety from the test has made it a little difficult.

Lol, maybe I should train myself to do the Kramer sleep schedule.

Confidence is key to success. You don't want to get tripped up by thoughts like "I'm going to do so horribly today omagah" so just try to remember how well you've done on several PTs in the past few weeks.

Go for a long run the day of the test. Exercise can help people fall asleep more easily.

Benadryl, huh? A roommate of mine would use that sometimes. I tried it, but I would always wake up a little groggy :/

My terror is the 164 I got on Thanksgiving. I thought I had done 170ish on it. I entered it into LSAT QA and my jaw dropped.

It's haunting me. I've scored a 169 and two 171s since but that 164 has left me shaken.

Yeah, I think that I am going to go on a hike on Friday. Get some fresh air, and some lighter exercise (I have been a lazy ass, and haven't really been working out for the last few months).

I use melantonin bc I've been having trouble falling asleep lately. It actually works really well for me, but you just have to make sure you get around 7 hours of sleep, or else you'll be kind of drowsy. Other than that, no complaints and I'm probably going to take it Friday night as well.

How did you feel the day after you first started using it? I don't really want to shock my body with something that it's not used to.

Learn from it and move on. That's all you can really do. You're only hurting yourself by getting so worked up about it.

A couple millisecond "dun goofs" and "brainfarts" can swing a test a lot. If this were a history test and you were literally getting facts wrong I'd be more worried. You missed a jump-shot in a scrimmage, don't let that haunt you into the big game. Just be alert and confident and know that you have a strong base of LSAT-knowledge to fall back on. Kobe can go 6/24 FG all game but has the confidence to go during the last quarter.

(Been offline for a few days - my present for all my hard work for Thanksgiving was a cold of DOOM. Haven't been able to catch up. I wish I could have shipped you all pie!)

What in gods name happened to games in the 60s?! It's like I hit a brick wall. Does anyone who transitioned into the 60s have any idea what helped you? This is killing me.
