Now watch me go -8 on the next RC section I do. So volatile...

I dont think its about his score. I got an email, a few waiver, and a packet in the mail (today actually) from U Minn with a 166. Did you ever check any box on any test or form asking not to disclose your results to anyone? That may be it.

It's not all about LSAT score but it still helps... GPA difference might have something to do with it too but that is just me speculating. Regardless soliciting waivers can also have good results.

+1

I've already saved a good $600 from soliciting need-based waivers. (All 7 schools I requested them from granted me one.)

Manhattan LR completely pwned me last night. Which I guess is good. I thought I was at "bad at this but at least I sort of get it" when, in fact, I'm at "bad at this because I have no idea what I'm doing." I think I'm just going to have to keep re-reading chapter 8 and pray for a breakthrough.

The fee waivers are reallllly weird. People with the same numbers definitely do not always get the same stuff. Minnesota specifically sent me information about their JD/MBA program, probably because I had a Finance degree and 2-4 years WE. I think UG major and WE are actually big factors in determining who gets a waiver or not (obviously along with the stats)

I am getting Charlotte School of Law . . .

I have 15 years work experience, two 166s, a sub 2.5 UGPA though . . . even if I am a URM.

Damn, I must have missed that. That's hardcore, Lenahan3.

I was going to visit my test center and PT, but I don't feel like it today. I guess that I will just PT and drill then.

I'm getting lots of talk from MN but no fee waiving. Which I suppose is smart of them because I'll probably apply anyway. Gabe I'm 3.66 164 with 5 years WE and getting mostly garbage TTTT emails. Good school emails have tended to not have fee waivers in them.

No, bafangool, you!

I'm getting married to PT68 in less than two weeks and you're making me question my love for it. I realize now that I'm into the newer more vibrant PTs, yeah they still play games but there's none of this unbalanced, undefined, in and out stuff. More of a one grouping, one ordering and then two of "something else for fun" types.

So you see, I'm walking away now, you're ruining my confidence. You make me beg for subzones. Seeing as how PT68 will be my final shot at making this work, this is goodbye forever. Best of luck.

I'm ditching the old PTs too. They suck.

Now I understand how you could get into Harvard with a 165 back then.

The modern PT's are so much "tighter," which is nice.

Noodley's Guide was quite clear. 1-39 were good for drills. PT 40 - 67 were good for timed practice and full tests.

C'mon nao.

He got a 179. That's sufficient for me to follow his guide, albeit on a compressed timeline.

Sometimes things happen during the day that really make the LSAT feel less important.

I know most of you know this already, but I think keeping the right perspective on the LSAT can really bring clarity. In turn, that clarity can help you focus and let go of some of the stress from studying.

Hope everyone is having a nice day!

In a weird way, I love when I get that feeling. Now if only I could feel that way every time I go to bed, lol
