I hate eye retinas, and I don't care how warm they are.

First time I've done better in RC than LR in... ever. Probably gotta stop focusing on RC so much that I neglect LR. Still pretty promising though, RC keeps getting better.
Looking good :)

Well between work and commute I can't do much on th/f (in before hawk calls me a pussy). But the other 5 days I'm doing 3-6 hours.

Pussy.

I aim for 2-3 hours per work day. It fluctuates greatly so I don't feel comfortable putting an average on it. Median is probably 2 hours. Fri-sun about 5-6. I will not be in the 175+ camp though, that's for sure

How many of those hours are with a BAC of .000
Adjusted BAC to account for sleepiness as well as alcohol consumption probably about 6/23 hours per week are 0.000

I just spilled cupcake batter all over a PT I was trying to review... Can't decide if its making reviewing better or worse.

PT 55
LR: -7
RC: -4
LR:-5
LG: -1

83/164

I've been doing my LR by reading the stimulus first but I tried the Manhattan approach of reading the question stem first. I hoped it would turn out better than it did, I'm gonna try it again on my next PT, maybe it just takes some time to get use to. I've been reading the stimulus first since March and it did feel weird to read the question stem first. I could tell during the first LR section I was going slower and one question I didn't even answer. I think I thought I would do better this because when I drill obviously I know what the question is going to ask and I do really well when I drill and it never carries over to my PTs. Anyone else wind up switching to reading the question first instead of the stimulus? Does it just take some getting used to? On the other hand it was nice to know what I was looking for as I was reading.

PT 59:
-2 LR
-3 LR
-6 RC (anomaly)
-7 LG (worse than usual)

167. Blech. It'd be so encouraging to get a 170 just once

Mental fatigue has set in :( I have to wait around for 30 mins before hopping on a call, and I can't focus on any of these questions. My co-worker listening to Best of Mike Tyson pretty loudly doesn't help either...

1-3 hours doing timed sections + <3 hours reviewing/in this thread. PT days are longer.

You could probably use a break, or a review night. Don't kill yourself thinking you need to re-learn the test, your score was already decent and you're just polishing up to nab a few extra points. I took today off slightly (reviewing yesterday's PT), hopefully I'll be fresh tomorrow and crush my PT.

Yeah it's definitely counter-productive to study right now. I am losing confidence because I keep getting questions wrong that I shouldn't and I know it's because I'm tired.

Alright. I'm almost done with MLR and PLG. Other than some obvious problem areas, I'm realizing that my problem is really just coming down to timing. I can get the right answer if I don't time myself. But as soon as the clock starts running, I (a) obviously have less time than I'm taking when I'm not timing myself and, more importantly I think, (b) feel rushed and make stupid mistakes.

Advice?

Finished the Cambridge LSAT Weaken packet (my 2nd time...1st time being back during the summer)

Dif 1: -2
Dif 2: -5
Dif 3: -5
Dif 4: -8

-20/198 questions

Eh...not good enough if I'm trying to be Noodley.

Also did a RC passage from PT 19 at starbucks. Screwed up on timing and did not finish last 5 questions. Proceeded to finish those last 5 within 5 minutes. Went -6 total on the RC; half of that was from passage #1 which had taken me 12 minutes to complete. :(

Need to stay strict to the Manhattan LSAT guide. Fack.

Hey all, last night I did PT 41, and got a 171!

LR1 -3
LG -3
LR2 -3
RC -3

This is my first time ever breaking 170, so I am extremely happy. I really love this feeling and hope I can use this as motivation.

I'm struggling with LR too... I feel like I have my RC under a lot more control, but the LGs are slipping away from me....Brightside: you're still in the 170 range!!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
