vitamin water vs. gatorade

Postby mcs268 » Fri Oct 05, 2012 10:24 pm

deciding which one to drink during break. I'm focusing on energy here. Which one? I know vitamin water (at least the one i have) has more carbs, but it really is just water + sugar, without electrolites that gatorade has.

We're filling in bubbles for 3 hours. I think either one will do just fine. Which flavor do you prefer?

is this a joke? you want it for energy? all you do is sit in a seat for a few hours and fill out a scantron.. i've never understood how anyone finds that to be so physically draining that you need to worry about what will give you more energy. how about getting some sleep the night before and just getting a drink at a drinking fountain during the break?

Right, because the only time you'll expend energy is when you lift your arm to fill out the scantron.

vitamin water is also full of uppers, while gatorade is only electrolytes

Aww, love that kid. He used to shoot pucks at my feet to get my attention when he was a little 5'6" junior.

Cracks me up how people prep for a 3-hour test like they're getting ready to orbit the moon in an Apollo space capsule. Whatever will they do during the two-day bar exam?
