Using Grid Format on Grouping games (Binary and otherwise) Forum

I was just wondering. For anyone that using the grid strategy, how do you do it on the grouping types of games. I've seen Dave Hall's example, but more info would be definitely benificial. Im becoming a proponent of this method after seeing how many conditional questions there are on the newer tests. (BTW I have read Manhattan and PS and although I kind of like some of their stuff, I don't think it's quite mechanical enough for me...I'd rather get super fast at things that take less thinking than improve my ability to deduce inferences.

If you've seen Dave's example, why do you need more information? Did you just see the free video, or have you not see him employ them in other grouping games?

because he doesn't show a binary grouping game and although he shows another setup for A game, the forum is here for questions like this so I figured I'd ask. Thanks for the insanely helpful post though

You don't use the grid method for grouping games--well, at least Dave doesn't. For Binary grouping games, it's more of a "T" chart instead of a grid.

Hah, I forgot to post that I asked because I am in velocity's class, and have yet not arrived to grouping games, so it would suck if he didn't do a binary grouping games. What are binary grouping games? In and out?

Nope, I just use grid for linears. Grouping I do seperately by the question for the most part.

IIRC, Velocity uses the grid for relative, simple, and complex ordering games.

Sometimes focusing too much on which type of diagram to use hurts you. Whatever method that makes you envision the answer(s) is best I think
