So don't take the LSAT malnourished.

There may be an incremental cognitive benefit to flaxseed oil, but my point is that the negatives of being completely fucking neurotic about the test are going to outweigh any possible benefits. Mental performance on a test might have a 0.1% correllation to breakfast that day, but it's a lot more closely linked to how someone handles adversity and nerves. If they go in with a completely rigid plan and expectation, any little bump is going to derail them. My philosophy is to prepare so that no matter what you eat and no matter how much traffic there is and no matter what kind of noise there is, you can say "fuck it, I got this."

I also outperformed my PT average. FWIW
You realize, of course, that all this guy is trying to do is plan out what he's going to eat the day of the test? I mean, lots of people do this on normal days. I would hardly call it neurotic.
I know, but why take that .1% chance? For me, my mind is better at ease knowing that I did everything in my personal power to alleviate potential detriments. I can't control the externalities in a test center (pen taping, watch beeping, proctor talking), but I can control my own efforts. So if there is a pen taping, at least I ate a great breakfast and feel prepared to power through it.

Eat pasta if you're use to eating pasta. Some pasta is extremely high in fiber and it might give you the shits.

Not neurotic if you normally eat like that. But planning out meals as if you're an olympic athlete for a 4 hour test is being neurotic. Before my last 3 hour [LS] final I ate a greasy ass omelette and homefries at a diner with a coke, got an A. HTH.

OP, you sound like a hippie and you are probably going to piss yourself during the LSAT, but don't worry Boalt has a low LSAT median.

Lol for realz...?

Just eat what you're used to eating. Eating/drinking more/less than what you're used to will make you distracted. I ate something like greek yogurt + honey/fruit/granola and then some sesame crackers with cheese during the break (which is literally what I would eat every day before/during work normally).

Chillax bro!
