PT 7 (an oldie!) LR Section 1 Q 19
Can't figure out why it is C and not E. Both describe reasons why he is more criminally inclined (or so speak) than she is and so both C and E don't support the conclusion that they both should have been charged equally. Ugh!

This is one of those stimuli that needs to be taken rather literally.
"since it was the taxi that did the damage this difference is not due to any blameworthiness of their behavior..."
Well, C clearly points to blameworthiness on Peter's behavior.
E: The fact that he has been cited in the past for speeding, has nothing to do with his actions in this particular case, and certainly do not say anything about whether it is he or the taxi who should be blamed for the damage.
