when can I take the LSAT (3 in 2 rule)

History
Oct 11-Cancelled 2 months in advance; not on record
Dec 11-sat for, but voided score [attempt 1]
June 12-changed date to Oct 12
Oct 12-should take [attempt 2]

If I have to retake after Oct 12, will I be able to take June 13 and/or Oct 13? Basically, my question is that every two years, does it "reset"?

It's going to be either Oct 13 or Dec 13. I'm not sure it's it's three of every 8 tests, or if there has to be an actual gap of more than two years between the first and fourth. Either way, it's definitely not June

I had called earlier, and the lady was kinda mean about me asking...but I think the policy isn't as clear as it could be.

Why would you not be able to take December 12? I was under the impression that the Oct 11 and June 12 dates don't matter in this case.

I would only want to take in June or Oct (bc Dec would be late for a cycle, and I want to apply the earliest I can). So if I had to retake after Oct 12, would I be able to take the June 13 AND the Oct 13?

I believe so. The test that you did not sit for don't count against the 3-in-2 rule. I am going off of the assumption that the first test you listed you didn't "cancel," but rather delayed/unenrolled from. Canceling a score and canceling a test are two different things.

But I'm accounting for that, and I still dont' know if I can take both the June 13 and Oct 13.

Dec 11=attempt 1
Oct 12=attempt 2

You can take 3 exams in a 2 year period. The next time I would take is June 13 if I had to, and Oct 13 after that if need be. If I took in June 13, would that be attempt 3 or would the number of exams I can take within 2 years restart?

OK, so I was confused initially. If you've only taken it once (Dec 11) you can def take in Oct and then again in June. You would not be eligible for a fourth take until at least Dec 13
