Yeah, I'm giving up at this point. LSAC will be receiving a nasty e-mail from me. I'm tired of organizing my schedule around theoretical release dates because they are too incompetent to actually set a solid one.

I'm not even really convinced scores will be here by Wednesday if something really got messed up.

LSAC never stated or implied that the release date was theoretical. If you want to look at charts of previous releases and assume that means this release date is not "solid," that's your own fault. I don't see how they've done anything wrong by not releasing it early, as it was never guaranteed. Incompetent would be releasing it after the stated release date. All a nasty email will do is give them a reason to not release them early at all.

Nah. LSAC would continue to not care what you think, nasty email or no.

That kind of attitude keeps way too many people from speaking up when they feel something is wrong. Sure, I know saying something will probably achieve nothing, but if there's any small chance that what I say will be read, I will be happy.

Why would you picket a bomb office? That would be dangerous. It could explode at any time.

Don't get me wrong, I'm just as anxious and frustrated as everybody else, but in theory LSAC is still within their given window to release the scores. I was furious at the wait in December, but there's nothing we can do about it.

My attitude will change if they don't have the scores released by Wed., especially if the Tampa debacle turns out to be true and they didn't give us forewarning it could possibly be late.

I can imagine with significantly less revenue coming in due to the dramatic decrease in test takers they have probably hired less menial help. This is not to say I'm happy with having to wait longer than previous test takers, but there isn't a damn thing I can do about it.

Ok, so there are far fewer test takers in February. LSAC gave itself extra days this time around to release scores. The Tampa thing is most likely a hoax. It is now a legit weekday (Friday and Saturday's disappointment was somewhat forgivable). LSAC hasn't released a score less than 2 days early in how many years? So why are we still waiting for our scores???
