Taking the LSAT in February 2013...
I want to ultimately go to a tier 4 law school, if i took the lsat in this time frame, what would be the chances of enrolling in the Fall of 2013, or would I have to wait until Fall of 2014? Thank you!

Ok...I've looked over a few of your posts, and I have some advice. This forum is great for knowledge about the LSAT...It's also called top-law-schools for a reason. A lot of these people are not so nice, but very intelligent. Some even create smurf accounts to troll other people and be annoying.
I'm going to reccommend that you do some research on the LSAC.org website and figure out what exactly needs to happen. Law School for Dummies might not be a bad start either. Google is another good one. Search for 'when do I need to take the LSAT?' or 'getting into law school.' You'll find more helpful and trustworthy answers that way then you will on here for the time being.

Most schools will tell you if they accept a Feb. LSAT score or not for the following Fall semester. If you have a certain school in mind, browse their website or call and ask admissions. So, if you take Feb 2013, you may have to wait until Fall 2013 to apply.
Also, it will be beneficial to you to thoroughly research employment data for the schools you are interested in. Law School Transparency is a good place to start.
Good luck with studying for the LSAT!
ETA to add: Your chances of getting into a school are better the earlier you apply in the cycle. Even if a school will take the Feb 2013 LSAT for the Fall 2013 semester, your chances of getting in are smaller, because they've been accepting people since December-ish, and the seats have already filled up. If you take Feb 2013, it may be better for you to wait until Fall 2013 to start applying.

You may want to read this thread again, but just ignore everything that Duramax80 writes in it.

I'm thinking of taking the LSAT in February 2013, but want to apply to schools that fall for fall 2014 admission. (Looking for T14). Any downside to taking the Feb LSAT vs June or another one? I have a full time job so it's not like school schedule matters.
