For TM you get a fat stack of books and access to all of their online material (answers, videos, explanations). In addition, you get hours (not sure what the number is) with a tutor that you can speak with on the phone and through email.
The stack of books is legit.

I would highly recommend Testmasters....cold tested at a 155 and by the time test day came around I pulled a 174. The resources they give you are great.

I was enrolled in TM and the only thing I got was a call a week before my class started informing me that said class was canceled. After it took ~2 weeks to get a refund, I enrolled in Velocity (saving $850) and am very happy with my decision.
I've heard success stories with TM, but I think it's very hit or miss. For example, the fella who would have taught my TM class had a high LSAT of 171, and I'm not sure how many attempts it took him to get that. Don't get me wrong, a 171 is a fine score, but it wouldn't have instilled very much confidence in me knowing my teacher's highest score is under what I was aiming for. Just my $.02

I would also recommend TestMasters Online. I cold tested at a 146 and I pulled off a 167 on test day. My best practice test was a 175 and I scored above 170 on multiple practice tests during the month before the LSAT. With online classes you really just need to put the work in and the results will follow.
I think you get 20 hours with a tutor on the phone. I only used about 3 of them but it's really helpful, especially with specific questions.
