Was the RC for PT 40 especially hard?

I took PT 40 today and finally hit my first 160 ever (after PTing at 158-159...but still....nice to see the #6 in there now).
I was doing somewhat decent until RC, which was the last section. I don't know if it was because I was tired or if the passages were just super hard. Maybe a combination of both. All I know is that I practically missed almost every question after I hit question 17.
