If you are an URM, keep. If you have good softs or can write a compelling personal statement, keep. Otherwise consider a retake, but remember that what goes up can also go down.

I think retaking would push you to next cycle. Acceptance waves start going out in December for these schools, if not sooner.

Whether or not you should retake depends upon your target schools & whether you are willing to put in the time to do better.
P.S. Just noticed your username. If Chicago is your goal, then a retake may make sense. A retake is unnecessary for Penn or Berkeley, however, in my opinion.
