Misbubbling

Just got my score. Item response report shows that I left the last question (#23) blank. I checked my answer sheet and realized that I bubbled the right letter not for the question 23 (left it blank) but for the #24 (which didn't exist). Is anything I can do about it? Will hand-scoring help?

Nothing you can do about it. Hand scoring is to prevent the likelihood of a smudge fudging your score, not for figuring out which bubbled answer fits to which questions.
