Post-LSAT Stress Disorder

Does anybody else feel like they don't remember who they were before studying for the LSAT?
I was hoping some TLSers who have already been through this could shed some light on their expectations coming out of the test vs. the actual result.
I feel like I did better than usual on the RC section and about my PTing average for LR, if not better. On LG I rushed through Game 3 with local diagrams and I don't think I made the key inferences I was suppose to make. Expecting to get -4 on LG alone.
Did anyone come out feeling like they did good on LR but ended up getting like -10 wrong when they usually average -4 for both LRs. That's what I'm scared of.
Some anecdotal evidence would be comforting.
Also, advice on rehabilitation post-LSAT would be appreciated.
