I think it's method of reasoning?

It's just asking for the structure of the argument. What is the premise, and how does it relate to the passage?

+1. It's just asking how the argument does what it does. Your job is to match the (typically) general language of the answer choice to the specific features of the argument.

Yea, try re-reading the answer choice you like, replacing the vague language of the answer choice with specifics in the stimulus. If everything in the answer choice matches something in the stimulus, and it sounds like it describes what's going on, you've got TCR.
