substitute any pop, coffee, or other high caffeine beverages with green tea. Green tea has a lot of beneficial anti-oxidants as well as a little bit of caffeine that is not detrimental to your train of thought.

Why are you giving up pop exactly?
For me , just going cold turkey has worked in the past. I gave up a 3-can-a-day doctor pepper habit, as well as coffee and tea habits afterwards (I'd drink a quart of tea or 3 or 4 espressos).
But I think you don't want to make a drastic change like that before the LSAT. Agai, it depends on why you're trying to give up soda.

Have you done any practice tests since quitting caffeine? If your score stays consistent, then go for it. But I personally wouldn't change anything right before the exam.

Good job on cutting the soda out, that stuff is terrible (not necessarily the caffeine, but the other crap that is in it). That being said, I would wait until after the test.

based on the tenor of all your posts/username/avatar, you need to quit caffeine intake altogether for the rest of your life

I wouldn't think of it.
I'm a caffeine addict. I drink 3-4 cups of coffee and 4-5 cans of diet coke per day, at least. For me, switching that up right on the eve of the test might have been catastrophic.
I would say you should just stay the course, it's just one more variable you don't want to be screwing with.
