This is only secondhand info from another thread, but I have hear that it's not too difficult; just start with the TTTTs and work your way up. To schools with medians below your current top score, write that you want it for scholarship opportunities, and for schools with medians at or above your score, write that you want it to improve your chances at the school. Just send an email to the admissions office

Unfortunately LSAC recently changed the rules on this, schools aren't able to sponsor you for a fourth try anymore. You can apply directly to LSAC though.
