Powerscore question type training

Postby econ_runner » Mon Jul 04, 2011 8:07 pm

Hey everyone. I'm retaking the LSAT in October and was wondering if the Powerscore question type books are worth getting. I've already gone throught the bibles and plan on going through again, but I'd like to have some extra questions just to practice on. I'm planning on taking around 20 practice tests between now and Oct 1st which will hopefully help. So has anyone used these books and found them helpful? Or would I be better served by just going through the practice tests?

Yeah i've used them. If you have the Kaplan Mastery book or Big Orange book then you don't need the Question Type Training at all.

The Question type training is literally just a bunch of questions orgnanized by type, without explanations or concept review.

So, personally, i dont think the question type training is anything special. Just buy the Kaplan Mastery/Orange Book used online. It's cheaper, it as more questions, it covers RC/LG/LR, and it provides explanations.
