Keep it *and* retake in October. You need a score recorded so you don't go into another test and be forced to take whatever score you get (that is an incredible amount of pressure). So you should keep this score and sign up for the October LSAT.

You'll have another shot at 164 and won't be penalized for this test (because most schools don't average scores anyway)

According to many other posters the post-break RC section was unusually difficult. You need a LSAT score in order to apply to law schools, therefore, keep this score & let it serve as motivation if you need a third try. And, yes, I think it looks bad to have multiple cancels since law school has many anxiety laden moments--as does the practice of law--and you don't want to appear as if you cannot handle the pressure of a standardized test. Plus, you may have done much better than you think---but, if you cancel, you'll never know.
