What technique are you using right now to do RC passages? Are you reading for content and then answering the questions or are you skimming the passage and then referring back to it to answer questions?
It might help to read the passage quickly (but not skim) and make notations as you read. Point out where certain people are referred to, where the argument shifts, where you see the main point of the passage etc so that if you get stuck on a question you can quickly look back and know where to find the answer. Taking short notes also helps you remember things for the questions.
