PT 22, Game 2
I honestly have no idea how to set this one up, (I follow Powerscore diagramming fwiw)
(edited version so I dont get banned)
Exactly four medical training sessions--M, O, R, S-- will be scheduled for four consecutive days-- day 1 through day 4--one session at a time. 6 professionals--3 nurses and 3 psychologists--will teach the sessions. The nurses are F, J, and L; the psychologists are T, V, and W. Each session is taught by exactly one nurse and exactly one psychologist.
Each professional teaches at least once
L teaches on day 3
neither F nor L teaches with T
J teaches S only
M is taught on the day after S
I dont get how to diagram this... sorry if its hard to explain via post.

PT 38, Game 2
6 tasks--H,M,P,S,T,W--will be demonstrated exactly once. No 2 tasks will be demonstrated concurrently. 3 volunteers--F, G, L--each demonstrated exactly 2 of the tasks
F demonstrates exactly 1 task before G demonstrates any tasks
F is not first or last
G does not demonstrate H or M
L does not demonstrate H or T
M is right after T
How can you set this up? a lot of the questions are global questions, so I wasnt sure what inferences could be made on a diagram (the only one I have so far is that L is in slot 1, and M cant be slot 2). It seems weird that 3 out of 6 (P, S, and W) are all random variables

Re: Help on some specific games..
You are misreading the question in regards to A. Must be false means "can never be true" and you know that A has to be true, therefore it doesn't answer the question of what is asking for something that has to be false. There is a lot of negating stuff, but A is saying that, under the given conditions, a child must be born in 92.ilovethelaw wrote: If Z was born before U was born, then which of the following must be false? (edited)
A. No child was born in 1992 (this is what I thought would be true no matter what)
B. Zoe is left-handed
The answer is that zoe is left-handed, which I can understand since zoe would then have to be born in 1990. But why wouldnt A be true?
