What the...?

I have been through the LG Bible, and most of its workbook as well.

I have been doing very good on LG sections on the old tests that I have done. I just did the LG section for December 2010 and I got absolutely smashed. -12

I had no chance on the third game dealing with conferences. I tried using a setup with the employees as the base since we know exactly how many talks each attends. But then the game seemed to trend towards favoring a setup with using the talks as the setup, and that got me no where.

The stained glass window game also hurt me.

Surprisingly, the first game (which sometimes is the easiest) was the one where I had to leave it because of time.

I think the logic games are harder now than the old preptests, such as 7-15?

The LG section on the December 2010 test was harder overall than typical. No, it doesn't signify a new trend to get all freaked out about. The balance of difficulty amongst the scored sections in each test varies test by test and is unpredictable. Sometimes you'll get a really hard LG section, sometimes an easy one. Sometimes harder than usual RC, sometimes not.

Welcome to the LSAT! You just have to get good at all of it and be able to roll with the punches so you perform well on test day no matter which way they throw it at you.

What this ^ poster said. On the Oct 2010 LSAT, I got all the questions on the second or third game right (forgot the order and am too lazy to look it up). On PTs, I rarely got every question right (usually missed at least one on every game). I just felt that one game was very easy. That is why extensive practice makes perfect.

I have done the October 2010 games and they did seem easier than the December 2010 games. I think I got -3 on those.
