4th time's the charm?

So here's my story in a nutshell:
I get MAJOR test anxiety and have two scores on my report that hover around 150 (plus one major stink bomb from 2006 that will disappear in October). In February 2010 I had a panic attack the morning of, then in February 2011 I pretty much had a week-long panic attack leading up to the test.
I obviously won't be getting in anywhere with those scores so what do you guys suggest to bump up my score? I've tried self study and a private tutor (the tutor ended up being a bit of a bust). My undergrad GPA is a 3.2 (accounting and finance -- I worked my butt off for that crappy GPA!) and my graduate GPA is a 3.96. I know grad GPAs don't hold much weight but my degree will be in the legal field.
I'm planning on taking the June 2011 test (then the October test if necessary). Does anyone have pointers? I have books from Powerscore, Princeton Review, Kaplan, and LSAC so I'm well stocked.
I'm leaning towards DU (Denver) and CU because, well, why leave Colorado? Thanks in advance!
