Just checked registration for the NYC area and just about everything is full. However, there is no NYU, Columbia or Hofstra and probably a few others that normally administer the LSAT. My question is, will they add them later on or am I shit out of luck and have to travel on test day?

Columbia and Hofstra do not host the test in June. NYU should, according to LSAC:
