How to revise RC questions

Just wondering how to efficiently correct or revise RC questions. For LR I usually type the question or my version of it, a prephase, the stem, all the answers and why each one is wrong or right and any thoughts I have about it.
For RC I have been just going over the question and the answer but don't write anything down. Writing things down help me a lot. Should I type a summary of the reading and then go over the questions?
What is a good method of correcting RC questions?
Thanks

I'd write out (or at least put my finger on) the snippet of the passage that answers the question or eliminates an answer choice. So if you've got, say, a main point question, you might write out the thesis sentence from the passage, which is probably paraphrased in the credited response.
