This thread is just dying. I think everybody should state what their post LSAT ritual consisted of...in other words how many beers did you house? Even more fun...When we get our scores maybe we can examine the correlation between high scores and post-test alcoholism.

Unfortunately, I felt a little sick yesterday. So I can only lay claim to a modest ten beers or so, and none of them were shotgunned/poured through a funnel/ or laced with rohypnol. oh well. maybe next saturday. What about everyone else?

This is why I love science. Almost everything has a discernible cause. In this case that cause is binge drinking, glorious glorious binge drinking.

I'm checking in for a long awaited score release date. I really wish I had some real classes that occupied my time this semester. But, that's not the case. So, I guess I'll be sitting here.

The only good thing is that I feel much better about this test than December because I effing choked.

I also took the Dec. test (RC LR LR LG LR) I choked on the logic games and made some dumb mistakes on the RC. When I was done, I thought it felt like a 166 practice test. My score turned out to be a 165, which is 3 points below my testing average at the time.

Took the Feb test yesterday (LG LR RC LG LR) and I feel good about it. Finished both LG & LR sections with plenty of time to check my answers on the tough questions, but the RC slowed me down. The export & language passages were more challenging, but I didn't have to make any blind guesses.

On my last few prep tests I've been scoring 170-179, and this one felt just like my preptests in the 173-175 range.

I couldn't sleep much Friday night and drank about 16 oz of coffee and 24 oz of Red Bull before the test/during the break. I wasn't much up for drinking after the test.

However, I took the test at Northwestern and stopped at Mustard's Last Stand for a hot dog on my way home. Jumbo dog with mustard, onions, relish, pickle, hot peppers, and celery salt and large fries. It was gone in about 2 minutes.

I took Dec as a PT on Thursday and rocked a 173 (only missed 2 on the dreaded stained glass game). But Feb? Not at all sure. How much do nerves play a part? I wasn't super nervous but a little clammy/cold sweats.

So, prediction: 168.

Prediction: Too sick to care. Taking the LSAT with a side of bronchitis is NOT fun at all.

Given the vacuum of time created when you no longer obsessively study for the LSAT I will be routinely refreshing the forum to share in the insanity that is score releases.

FWIW I had LR RC LG LR LG which is my ideal spread as I'm usually toasted by section 3, but then refreshed after the break to finish strong. Im glad my last was LG as that is typically my strongest section and I still had a good amount of energy left. Previous best was a 165, only need a 167 to get off the waitlists I'd like to get off of. Let's hope the next three weeks go by quickly.

for those who had LR RC LR LR LG, did anyone think the first questions in the first LR were abnormally difficult? like right off the bat hitting you hard?! also, HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THE FIRST LR WAS THE REAL ONE?!

sorry, hysteria's hitting me hard as this is my second and last LSAT take and i just kissed T14 goodbye and said hello to a lifetime at my current job

I thought it was pretty difficult. We know it was real because it had 26 questions and the next 2 LR sections had 25 questions. People who had a different form from us only had 2 LR sections, and they were 26 and 25 questions (so the 26 was real, and one of the 25's was real - the one after the break obvi). Kind of sad because the 2nd LR section was sooooo easy

My post-LSAT ritual didn't include any alcohol, but rather consisted of an energy drink (second of the day- one was consumed prior to examination) followed by a 10 hour Call of Duty session with my friends over Xbox Live. I almost forgot how fun video games were.

The first week is usually fine. And then things get out of hand the second week. During the December to Remember the conversation was lighthearted and boring at first, and then it got to the point where people were arguing about whether or not there was any such thing as a soul.

LSAC, I would like my score, please.

I keep having a hard time sleeping because I keep thinking of what kind of score I could have gotten. Keep trying to recall questions from LR to see if I answered most of them right. So annoying! Also, in my head, my score keeps going up a little bit. I felt like I score in the 157-161 range after the test, but now I feel like I scored in the 162-168 range. Hope the second one is right. The torture ends after this score comes back because this is the last time I am taking this test.

Speaking of soul...I decided to stop obsessing about the LSAT and watch a movie with my aunt...we watched HBO's production of Cormac McCarthy's The Sunset Limited . I feel like my soul has been disemboweled. I'm not sure if it's an improvement on LSAT anxiety or not.

Waiting for a retake score is definitely worse than waiting for the first one. I keep getting pangs of anxiety every time I think about how this score could be lower/the same/in the same range as the last one

Auden used to take seconal and keep a glass of vodka on his nightstand. If he somehow woke up in the middle of the night he'd chug the vodka and go back to sleep. I'm pretty sure he made a deal with the devil to live past thirty, but it's something to think about.

Also is it totally weird that I find myself wanting to do logic games for diversion...As in I want to relax from studying for the LSAT by taking LSATs? I have so far resisted the urge but it only seems to make it stronger.
