Could anyone else answer OP's question just by looking at the title?

I don't know why some of you have to insult the guy, hes not gonna be a good lawyer cause he got throw off by some muttering idiot behind him? Thats not very good logic.... At the same time you were too passive, not only would I have made a big stink about it with the proctor I would have told the guy I'll kick him in the head the second we step out of this building if he doesn't shut the fuck up.

obviously you should have done something at the break, but you didnt so moving on: just try to get a free retake from LSAC, if you cant, Cancel and take it again in June or october. Turn this into a positive man: you get to study for a few more months and really get your shiz down so that no matter if someone throws up on you during the test you will still be able to pull off a 170+. Next time you take it youll also have a step up because you will have 2 practice runs under your belt

Try to get over it. Life and testing conditions are never perfect. The smartest people are able to deal with these imperfections and move on.

I empathize with you because I had the same thing happen to me in December. The girl behind me was reading her reading comp/LR questions at a whisper. Nobody could hear but me I assume because I was right infront of her and there was a decent amount of space between the columns but not between the rows. I never said anything to her either because WTF, am I really going to turn aroudn int he middle of the test and go SHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Ughh, no. That would make everyone else be like WTF!?!? and I might get in trouble for making a scene.

What I did was SACK UP and force myself to stay focused.

Did I do as well as I wanted to do? no.

Do I blame her? yes partially.

Does LSAC or anybody else care? no.

Will you get accommodated for someone whispering behind you? no

Or you can say, "Hey Philo, stop putting up these links."

You're gonna need some big balls to make law review, you may as well start with the forums.

Much easier.

I've read a handful of test center irregularities that seemed legitimate while on this site. They have to be pretty far out there and hurt everyone taking the test.

Seriously, quit bringing that thread back to life. IBS is nothing to joke about.

There was also the complaint about somebody who walked into the building and started playing the bagpipes.
