Just purchased every LR by type question from Cambridge, and I was going to use them to supplement the LR Bible. Anyone know what the rough conversions are from Cambridge (see below) to Powerscore by question type? Some match up, but others aren't so obvious.

Justify = Sufficient Assumption

So, do Assumption questions (PS) = necessary assumption (C)? What about powerscores classification of cause and effect, conditional reasoning, formal logic, and numbers and percentages?

That's right, Assumption (PS) = Necessary Assumption (C).

Cause and effect, conditional reasoning, formal logic, and # and % are not distinct question types, they occur within the question types. For example, Must Be True questions frequently use conditional reasoning, so they're still classified as Must Be True questions, but would be more accurately classified as Must Be True - Conditional Reasoning.

To easily find LR questions by type for focused question type practice without having to spend $$ on another book or having to look through the sections of every test to find them yourself, you can just use the FREE logical reasoning question type finder tool I constructed.

Select the PrepTest # plus the question type and out comes a list of the question numbers for easy reference.

Since most people that self study (and are likely on a limited budget) use the Powerscore bibles and the "10 LSAT's" books to prep, I made the question type descriptions in the drop down selection menu generic and descriptive in order to be similar to the PS classification taxonomy and to the labels/descriptions used by other major prep companies and prep books so that no matter your prep source you can make use of it.

It currently covers PrepTest #'s 19 through 45 and will be updated soon to include the rest of the available PrepTests. I just have to find the time to read through the question stems of several of the recent tests, classify them and input the data into the tool.
