will they show up on the LSAC website first? or in email form?

Generally it's on the website first, followed by an email a few minutes later.

Just check TLS. Chances are that one of the members here will receive his score and post the announcement here before you receive your score due to the staggered release times. It will give you a heads up on if/when you should expect yours that day.

There are hundreds of us checking the LSAC website obsessively. As soon as anything happens, it will be posted to TLS.
Just refresh the forum every once in a while.
