^That's all good advice.^

OP, are you still in school? If so, then devote your time to getting good grades.

You are correct. Copyright infringement is not equal to theft. However, civil or criminal penalties can be imposed for copyright infringement. In that respect, it is similar to theft, and that's the way I meant it. But at least we're completely clear now.

suspicious android wrote:Also, your use of asterisks is childishly prude.

Assuming I am being a prude, then nevertheless, there is certainly nothing inherently childish about being a prude.

PLEASE God do not place me in the same school as this iceland buffoon. On the other hand, if anyone wants to witness the rise and fall arc of a classic pompous and overly confident gunner in law school, track iceland's career closely. Dear fucking God.

Thanks for turning this thread into an avalanche of stupid, not that it wasn't already that before.

This thread is lulzy.

Really it's the OP's fault...could've sought advice without inadvertently inducing all the idiocy here present.

You should quit it with your utterly useless and mindless comments, for they contribute absolutely nothing. If you want to brand certain people trolls, you must substantiate the basis on which you are branding them as such.

Well, he certainly does not have to, unless he wants to be taken seriously, and I was assuming -- perhaps fallaciously -- that he does. My bad for assuming that.

You might call LSAC a monopoly but they do not exist to make a profit. Cost of PTs are are to offset the cost of maintaining a very expensive testing process. It is expensive because it is good at what it does. Would you rather have no way to distinguish the riff raff from the talent when your trying to get into a competitive school?

Maybe I'd rather hang out with dead people than half of the people in this thread. It is possible.

You have to remember that most of them are just depressed about the LSAT.

I've already FOIA'ed grades from every state school so that I can make a list of people with GPAs below the medians of the top twenty or so law schools, and I'll be cross-checking this list with everyone who has ever torrented anything over the past year. Expect me at your door within six weeks and expect to be subject to a citizen's arrest.

Criminal, your days of criminality are ov*r.

I will agree, read dense material, read "Informal Logic" by Douglas Walton, but I don't see how you could possibly have the material (or stamina) to study for 18 months.

EDIT: Posted this without reading page 2 and seeing how far this thread has come since page 1
