Why does 102 questions matter?
What effect does this have on the test results if any?

there would probably be a larger curve in terms of how many q's you can get wrong. most people would probably prefer more vs. less questions as it makes the margin for error larger. it's a better situation for high scorers.

When was the last time a test had 102 questions? I can remember 99 and 100, but 102? I guess it helps more than it hurts.

99s norm only when they throw out a q. they shoot for 100-101. in my experience, if you have two 26 q lr's, one was fake.
