I know this sounds evil but seeing all these posts about the LG makes me really feel better.. I've been kicking myself since the moment I ended the LG (section 5 for me) and did the writing part.

I have never had so little room to write or draw..the first game was soooo many words. I have been accustomed to -0 or -1 recently, and never run out of time. But I got time called and I still had 4 blank - had time to fill in one guess but didn't even fill in 3 bubbles. So that means a minimum of 3-4 wrong =( on LG... the most learnable and my best section.

also I got so accustomed to prep test paper material (nice thick white paper) that this cheap paper kept ripping and was hard for me to use with my sharp pencils..plus it sucked erasing on it. ugh.. fml. I guess june lsat + 2012 cycle cud be in play.

Ouch?

I think s/he is upset because us losers that have been on this thread since getting out of the test are tired of seeing the same questions that have been throughly answered be asked again, and again, and again.[/quote

Sorry my bad! I was just freaked out cuz I am terrible at every other section other than LG so if I screwed that up I have no hope. Good luck

Nah, I feel LOTS better after reading this thread too. It's always nice to know you've got comrades out there. I felt like ramming my car into a concrete pylon on the way home.

From our test stubs:

Under no circumstances may test content or any part of the test be removed, reproduced, and/or disclosed by any means (e.g., hard copy, verbally, electronically) to any person or entity. Legal action may be taken against anyone who removes test materials and/or reproduces test material in any way, or shares LSAT test content prior to LSAC’s disclosure of that test.

...and quoted from another LSAT discussion thread (posted about 1:17pm)

"The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) understands and sympathizes with the anxiety that the LSAT causes test takers and their strong desire to discuss with their peers the questions that they have just taken on the LSAT. However, LSAC prohibits such discussion, including the so-called “postmortem” discussion of test questions immediately after a particular test administration, because it has the potential to affect the fairness of the LSAT and the law school admission process. Certain LSATs are non-disclosed and their questions may be used again at a later administration of the test. And even in the case of disclosed tests there may be circumstances in which LSAC may need to administer a test form to some test takers somewhat later than to others. Discussion of test questions in a public forum like a website before the test is disclosed, even though its usefulness is limited by the memory and ability of the participants, makes information about that test widely available to anyone who has access to the web and may unfairly advantage test takers who see the discussion before they take the test. Since the number of admission slots in law schools is limited, such an unfair advantage could penalize those who took the test at an earlier time, including those very people engaging in the post-mortem discussion.

In an effort to ensure the fairness of the LSAT, LSAC requires test takers to sign a statement on the LSAT answer sheet saying that they agree not to “copy or retain examination questions or to transmit them to or discuss them with any other person in any form.” In addition, test takers sign a certification statement on the LSAT admission ticket agreeing that they have “no right to reproduce, recreate, distribute, or sell any of that test.” In this statement they also certify that they “understand that the Law School Admission Council reserves the right to pursue all suitable courses of action to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of its property and to prevent the compromise of secure test material.” Thus, test takers enter into a contract with LSAC that they will not discuss with others the test questions they have taken. In addition, LSAC’s “Instructions for the Day of the Test” state: “Legal action may be taken against anyone who removes test materials and/or reproduces test material in any way, or shares LSAT test content prior to LSAC’s disclosure of that test.”

If inappropriate public discussion of test questions on public websites reaches a point at which it threatens to undermine the fairness of the LSAT, injuring LSAT test takers, or at which it damages the value of non-disclosed LSAT test forms, LSAC would be compelled to take appropriate action to prevent such injury or damage. These actions could include reporting violators to the LSAC Misconduct Committee. Admission to the bar and the practice of law impose high standards of conduct and LSAC member law schools take very seriously the integrity of the candidates they admit.

LSAC does not seek to take special steps to enforce its prohibition on the inappropriate discussion of test questions. We would prefer that test takers recognize that compromising test questions before they have been disclosed by LSAC runs counter to the general interest of test takers in a fair testing process, as well as to the personal interest of those discussing the questions, and voluntarily refrain from discussing LSAT questions until after they have been disclosed to test takers by LSAC. However, we believe that we have an obligation to both our law school members and our test takers to protect the fairness and integrity of the LSAT and the law school admission process, and we take that obligation very seriously.

The response to LG makes me happier - I left it doing poorly enough to feel like I had never seen an LG section before. The stain windows one made me mad, especially when I realized I was making it much harder than it was, and thus I never really made to the energy game because I was stumped. BOOO! :(

I had LR, RC, LR, LR, and LG - I know everyone keeps saying it was 102 questions (which I believe is right), so now I am worried because I remember only one section with 26 questions...the other one might have been, but I am scared I missed a question and misbubbled everything  .... EEK!

Arg, long wait till those scores!

Stained glass sucked - I was fairly comfortable with the rest. Hoping for RC (-3 or 4) LR (-7 or 9) and then that damn LG (-7 or 10) - I sure wish my exp LG had been for real - I nailed it :x

Hoping for 85 for a 167, but I am also fully expecting 79 - 81 for a 162 - 164. Guess it all depends on the curve. Do not know how to take the 102 questions.

Not that it matters to anyone but I'm officially signing off to shower, eat, and go out to get obliterated and hopefully go home with some strange. In the case strange comes into the picture I fear waking up tomorrow morning and seeing what it looks like after having my confidence shattered today by this test (Thank you, LSAC).

Anyway I want to wish you all good luck and that the score release wait be painless. I won't be back until the day scores are released. Again, good luck to you all and may the people who wrote Stained Glass and Conferences burn in hell after suffering a firey death.

Are there any schools that take your best score even if you take the test three times?

On another note, I'll throw in my cards with the "Games sections make me wonder if I'm actually qualified to be in Law School" crowd.

I have a 165 from October. I think I may have still gotten that score even with my predicted -12 on the section-that-shall-not-be-named (because I liken it to Voldemort in it's ability to murder me, and because of the LSAC). I was doing so much better too.

I think I wouldn't be able to sit well with not knowing, so I prolly won't cancel. Just hoping this doesn't mean I wait a year to get into law school...but if it does I guess I could always work for a non profit for a bit and get some other experience. Bright side :D

I think that I was so pissed off that I didn't nail LG (my golden child) that I didn't realize that RC might have not been that bad, nor the two LR sections. I really couldn't get a feel for how I did at all. Definitely a weird test, but what can you do.

so it was:
LR - 52
RC - 27
LG - 23 (not 24)

total = 102?
