PT 45, S4, Q 21

I'm not sure how to makes sense of this question. Afterwards I'm guessing that in both cases the experiment wasn't measuring what the conclusion was? Is that the issue?

I think you're referring to a different question? There is no mention of an experiment in PT 45, S4, Q21

But for that question, name-calling is not an example of "expressing and discussing ideas in a civil manner", so the answer is E.
